Call by State Report
The calls by state report shows a visual graph in which darker colors represent higher call volume from certain states. Hovering over a state will indicate how many calls came in from that area for the selected criteria (specific date ranges, tracking numbers, groups, or sub groups).
Calls By Time of Day Reports
The calls by time of day report shows call volume by the hour of the day. This simple but powerful graph can also help with staff planning for certain hours.
Calls By the Day of the Week
The calls by the day of the week report shows how many calls came in for each day of the week, Monday to Sunday.
Calls by Campaign Report
The calls by campaign report shows campaign (tracking number) call volume side by side so you can compare the number of calls from all your marketing.
Avg. Call Duration Report
The average call duration report shows the average call duration for each campaign (tracking number). This is a good way to get a snap shot of call quality if evaluating a new marketing campaign.
Call Logs
The call logs show you a detailed call by call view of who’s calling in to certain numbers. Call logs show, caller id, duration, date/time, call recordings, and who took the call if using call distribution.
Dashboard
The real-time dashboard is a summary statistics page which you first see when logging on. It gives you basic summary data on the overall account call volume and also allows you to drill down to see call totals for certain campaigns (tracking numbers).

When you first setup a tracking number you must name it (the campaign name) and choose the general behavior of the number. You can turn off call recording and/or the recording notice in this step.

Our call distribution features allow you to get efficient with the way you get calls to your reps. You can send calls to just one number or you can send to many with our hunt group and multi-ring feature.. Hunt group rings one number at once but goes around the group of numbers and multi-ring rings all numbers at once. You can also set after hours options that send a call to voice mail or redirect it to a different number such as an answering service.
Call Notifications
Get Alerts by email or text message (sms) with our call notification options. You can also set alerts to trigger if short calls occur below your expected normal call duration.
Voice Mail Options
Our virtual voice mail can email you any messages that are left on your number.
Adding Numbers
Add toll free and local number on the fly with our easy ordering system. Numbers are provisioned to your account and are immediately available. For vanity number or customer orders simply contact us. True 800 numbers are available too, which is rare because the national database of toll free numbers is completely out of true 8-0-0 numbers.
